During the first accompanying event of the 11th Brumen Biennial, Croatian designer and member of this year's international jury Lana Cavar will present her works at the Figovec Poster Gallery.

Biennial Brumen is a biennial overview of the highest-quality Slovenian visual communication production. It consists of several events, with the central ones being an international conference, an exhibition showcasing selected works, and the award ceremony for the Brumen Awards: the highest national recognitions in the field of design. Each biennial is accompanied by a catalog featuring presentations of the jury members and the selected works.

The decision on inclusion in the Biennial Brumen is made by a jury of top international experts. Among this year's five-member jury, we can find the renowned Croatian designer Lana Cavar, who has collaborated with the MoMA in New York and designed the Croatian pavilion at the Venice Biennale.

As part of the first accompanying event of the 11th Biennial Brumen, Lana will present a series of posters and printed materials for the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb for the 2014/15/16 seasons at TAM-TAM's Figovec Poster Gallery.

The exhibition opening will take place with a social gathering and conversation on Friday, 22. 3. 2024, at 16.00. You are warmly invited!
